We are the Holts. Our experience with Tulsa Home Center has been completely positive! A Shout out to Ellie, Aidan, and Cade for their OUTSTANDING customer service!! We actually broke with a different dealer because of TRANSPARENCY issues. I spoke with these guys very seriously about this and they have at all times been available to answer questions and help us to understand our MANY questions. They have proven themselves to be courteous, professional, and refreshingly approachable, even AFTER HOURS when a question or concern arose. We got an FHA loan, which is seriously alot to go through and they have handled it all for us, making it a simple step by step for us as buyers. Each of these great staffers worked tirelessly on our behalf to get the absolute best money numbers and changed things and adjusted several things until we got where we needed to be. If you've ever been in the situation to buy a home, you know how stressful this is. Cannot express enough how highly I recommend them. I have had my soon to be daughter-in-law with me going through this process and we both learned so much!! We'd give them a thousand stars if we could!☺️
